Staying Healthy

We all know how important it is to eat right and exercise to keep your bodies healthy.  Well, the same goes for your mind.  It is equally important to participate in activities that keep your mind healthy.  Such activities can include meditation, breathing fresh air, prayer, talking to a friend, parent, or teacher.  Other ways include trainings and education.  The Idaho Federation of Families is happy to help suggest avenues to keeping your mind healthy.
